Currency

Canadian clients in CAD, US clients in USD. Rates match, the currency does not convert against you.

Travel

Remote by default. No travel needed for most engagements; on-site is quoted separately if you want it.

Revisions

On the assessment, deliverables that miss the stated scope are revised at no charge.

What is never billed

The discovery call, the proposal, and the time I spend learning something specific to your tenant.
